H74-F4 H78-F4 H Class Mill Chain With F4 Attachment

Everpower “H” grade mill chain is a very strong and durable chain, originally designed for heavy drive and conveyor belts in sawmills and paper and pulp industries. Class “H” chains have been proven to be suitable for numerous other industrial applications, especially for medium loads in CHINAMFG environments where heavy, strong chains are required.
The side bar of the “H” level connecting rod is controlled by wearing shoes, which can strengthen and reinforce the connecting rod when operating on the sink or floor and runway.
The pin hole uses a precision core to ensure accurate pitch size, ranging from 2.308 to 4.000 inches. There are 2 types of “H” chain: riveted and cotton structure. The T-head pin engages with 2 lugs cast on the connecting rod side rod. This configuration prevents pin rotation during chain operation, thus eliminating wear and pitch elongation.
Everpower “H” chain meets the manufacturer’s standard and can be completely interchanged with other manufacturers’ chains. The “H” grade chain can be used in Allied Lock Promal with a tensile range of 9450 to 40500 pounds.
The “H” chain can run in 2 directions. As a drive chain, it moves in the direction of the closed barrel; For elevator or conveyor applications, it should move towards the open end of the chain link.
Brutaloy or cast steel sprockets can be used to accommodate each “H” class pitch size. Various accessories can also be used for various chain applications.
